Our roles and responsibities are:

• Manage the end-to-end publication process for assigned journals.
• Interacts with authors, editors and reviewers, and act as single point of contact for the respective journal portfolios during the entire end-to-end process.
• Independently and collaboratively provide manuscript submission system and editorial process support.
• We practice COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics)to reach the highest standards in Publication ethics.
• Provide first-line support to Editors, addressing system queries and article status throughout the publication process.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of content according to established production schedules, working closely with editorial offices, freelancers and suppliers to advance the production process.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders and promote the portfolio at international conferences.
